I have balances that need replaced. The channel is 9/16" in width, the shoe has a 1" depth and the length is 25". The only marking I see on it is by the shoe and reads; "23 40 BSI MM". The spring looks like it's 13.5" with the cord fully retracted and not strung out. These are for my parents windows ... (cont.)

The picture depicts where the spring balance cracked the window frame. Is this repairable or do I need to replace the entire window and frame.

This is part # 30981 and is part of the latch to lock a window. We are in need of this replacement part. Any help in locating where we can find it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Stamp: 24-4 GE5 CMC 75 total Length of metal: 25" I believe bottom width is 1 3/32

Channel is 1/2" wide and 26" in length. It are easily 27 years old. I'm not 100% sure but I think the plastic parts are 19-002 and 15-002 but I'd like confirmation before ordering a bunch of these to replace in my house.

Locking mechanism has been lost. The distance between the holes in the handles is 2.5in.

Old pivot pin this style anywhere your stock? I see nothing with head type like this one anywhere. Does that matter or will something else work as replacement?

After removing the window I found that the cable was broken on one side. Also there is a white plastic piece and a loose screw that fell out when I removed the window.
