My client is in need of the multi-point latch assay. Unfortunately this is the only pic I have at the present time. It is a vinyl slider that was purchased at Lowe's. I can get more pics as well as measurements at a latter date. Thanks for any insight!

We found that many of these bumpers have gone missing from our partitions. They look like they come as part of 10-582 but I can't seem to find the rubber bumper separately. One of our bathrooms is missing 6 out of 7 so I have a feeling we will need a bunch. Thanks!

The locking mechanism fractured off this closer and I have not been able to find a replacement. There are only two markings on the unit as follows: CDN.PAT2,142,071 and US PAT 5,620,213 Would like to obtain a replacement. Thanks.

If you offer a oil rubbed bronze that would be preferred, but at this I will take almost anything that correctly fits! I have also included the door series tag just in case that is of help. Thank you,Michael

I bought a sliding door and 9 windows from Lowes in March 2015. The lock on the slider has failed. Lowes has purged their files and can't tell me the brand of the door.
