Hi, I need two new window balances. The metal channel on both is 28" long. They have 27D and what looks like 3.S.I. stamped on the metal. I've taken pictures to hopefully help identify them.

We've installed one of these in our shower door and are finding that the vinyl sweep keeps sliding out of the end of the channel. Once it is out by about 3/4ths of an inch the door no longer closes and I have to slide the sweep back into the drip rail. How can I keep the sweep in place within the ... (cont.)
