Here are photos of my up/down window channel balance. 28" length 1/2" width 2730 stamped (next to the former 4 numbers in smaller lettering/number reads DB G02 if that means anything. How much is one of these balances? Thank you.

Sticker says SGD-R30-144×82 SGD-R35-96×82 and info on stamp on glass says: Tempered 16 CFR1201-C11 ANSI Z(2?)97.1-1984 1/8U SGCC-598 (?) Looking for the peice that holds the crank and the slide goes through . It is 28 1/4 inches long and is held down by four screws . We get the crank outs from you and thought maybe you might have some way of getting them .

I've removed then of the broken window balances and determined I need a 2860, 29 inch long unit that looks like the S380/S385. The interior cranking mechanism shown in the photo does not crank the casement window all the way back in. There are two arms that are attached to the window that this crank extends and retracts but the interior part appears to be worn out or broken. I have six windows that need this same repair. ...
