Hello, I would like to order 4 channel balances for Viking Windows Series 8300 AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S.2-97. The model is H-LC40-48x96. The channel balance has a 2340 number on it. The length is bit over 23.5" (just the metal part) see photo attached. Thank you

Dealing with a Certainteed single sash window. It appears a fitting can be inserted into the slot which can act as a sash or vent lock. The part was missing when we moved in. The slot measures 3/16" by 1-1/16". The slot is on the right interior side and there is no slot on the left. What part # ... (cont.)

Dealing with a Certainteed single sash window. Body of tilt lock is 2-3/8" long. Mounting holes are 1-1/4" on center. Underside of tilt lock has a rail that fits into a slot on front of the sash. Please confirm this is Swisco part #26-384. If not, please suggest alternative.

Window that owns down and also another one that slides up. Need to find parts. Also part of the bottom of window that fits in shoe broke.

I have a similar door. The 23-039P replacement part didn't quite work. It fit into the door but it didn't quite fit the rail. The metal on the roller part scrapes the rail it sits in. Hello, the thumb latch broke off. And now there is no locking mechanism. I need to know what part will get this fixed. The only marking on the handle is JW I believe it stands for jeld wen. The cover I need is 4 1/2"long X 1" wide X 3/4" tapering to 5/8" high. It has a hole to accomMidate a 3/16' SHAFT which is centered side to side in the top portion of the cover.
