String broke

I have a project to renovate 117 townhouse units and I need to fix any window with balances that do not work. The balance has marks : BSI, RA and 28C. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

can't figure out where to get replacements. Professional came out and said they couldn't help with either new rollers or a new door. Another said they could door a whole new door for $10k, but I'm hoping to find some specialty place that can make new rollers or let me know how to fix these ones. The ... (cont.)

The shoes we ordered, 5# 210 roller-tilt single are 2.584 in long and .846 thick and the ones I need look identical but are 2.278 in long and .549 thick. They are both 1.25 wide. You carry a smaller one to match our Traco.

I can't find an 8" channel balance on your site. I've measured the metal part at exactly 8 inches and it is 9/16" wide. The number stamped on the side is 0710.

I am looking to replace this handle and cover and was wondering if there are other options that would fit this set up? I will need 30 of them and at $34 each we are talking real money. Hello. I am looking for a new window handle, crank and 20-inch bar for a window on a 50+-year-old mobile home so that we can open and close the window. I prefer metal over plastic. What are my options? Slow learner.

One of my pivot pins is missing or broken on one side of a window. The missing pin does not allow the window to stay open on it own. Do you have a replacement part for this issue? 9750 SH series kinro windows. Thank you Bill

Hi, we bought a house that has Craftline window hardware (crank style) The hardware is in good condition but the coppery colored paint needs touch up. I think the windows are from the early 70s. Do you carry that color of paint? Thanks, Tom

Hi I have quite an old Pella storm door and I need a replacement mortice lock. inside the door frame was this number 110106 90510 2454.I can send a photo if needed. The lock has a handle & cylinder lock with a turnknob.Hope this helps, many thanks, Mike
