Block&tackle has 2850 on it. Can you Id mfg. ?Need block and tackle shown 29" stamped 2850. This is for a 35lb window.What is the best lubricant for shoe and track? For other contact surfaces?

We just bought a home in Decatur, TN with "Better Bilt" tilt windows. They are very hard to open like the Spiral balances need lube. Can you lube or should you lube them. TNX Mike
