The pulls are a total length of 4 3/4" in length. It is 4 1/2" in length from center to center of the mounting hardware shown in photo 2. I will need 2 of these pulls and they do not need to match perfectly but would like them close. Thank you for any assistance you can give me! Debbie ... (cont.)

There is no brand tag on these windows. The factory put the spiral balances into the center slot, which is the weakest option. That pinched of the angle slots down, so I guess we'll change out the shoes. This looked exactly like a Great Lakes s shoe from my stock, but I don't find this one in your ... (cont.)

I need to replace a window casement part for a window that the crank fits into it. I cannot find any manufacturing information on the window, but I took photos of the part I need. The part is 3" long with the two hooks for the crank piece to fit in in.

This weather stripping is coming out the the Jeld-Wen windows at my home. I am looking for replacement stripping for the windows. The seriel number engraved in the windows is G1407123214706 and G1407123214708. These are crank out windows.

Hello I need help picking out a window balancer. I have ordered three 2 from here and one from another place none have fit. The markings on the broken piece is +DB27HD.

I purchased the S140-3. When I lower the window it interferes with the tilt window latch. The old spring holder was shaped with room for the latch to pass without interference. The metal coil is 3/8" wide. Thanks for any help.
