Can you please identify

Very lightweight and thin metal like aluminum but gold in color. Has U shaped channel rather than narrow box channel. House built in 1978 and believe original windows. This is MI mtl-2 Series 3500 window built in 2005. A few of bottom windows keep dropping when opening. It seems the coil balance shoes are broken. I took the picture. Would you please take a look and please tell me what the part number is? Do you have the parts? Thank you!

I belive it is called a nylon window balance. The circled image says 25HD. I believe these are crestline double hung windows from January of 1997.

Dear Sir/Madam, I need replacement for window balance which has marking of 26 4 IW CMC 11 but I measured the length is actually 27 inch and bottom fitting is 1 inch. Looking to replace the balances on two double hung windows. On one of the balance, there is a label stamped on the side - 27HD. Looking for the parts numbers needs to place for both windows which I believe is 4 total. Thank You. Brian

The color doesn't matter. They were installed on double hung spiral balances aluminum framed windows maybe in the 90s. They look to be dicast metal brown paint maybe they were bronze in advertisement the center holes work with similar 2.25 inch sash locks but there is no maker mark patent pending is ... (cont.)

This is a hinge from one of our kitchen cabinets. The little plastic piece that holds the spring mechanism that keeps the door closed has broken, probably need to replace the whole hinge. These are Wellborn cabinets that are almost 31 years old.Any help is much appreciated.Thanks,Chris ... (cont.)
