Hello, There! I am looking for Milgard 3510 Casement Operator and Handle. The part number for the operator is HA0391OPCY (Operator RH 3510 Clay). Handle would be HL0137CY. Hope the pictures help.

The ferrule acts as a bearing that the hole in the end of the arms attached to the bottom of the window rotate around. The ferrule is broken so the arm attachment point is loose and gets hung up on the broken ferrule and you can't get the window closed without a lot of manual manipulation. The scr ... (cont.)

These Solar Industries Inc. windows were purchased in April 1999 through Home Depot. The window mechanisms seem to work fine except that the hand crank part is breaking on all of them.
