Hi, I'm looking for the hinge part of this crank. I hopr the pictures are good enough to help identify what I need. There is a word on them but can't make it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I would like to replace several Milgard casement window controls and hinges. Will the 39-091 series controls and the 36-004-10 hinges be compatible? Besides the cranks, are there other parts I need to have an operating window? Thank you. Mike

Need to replace my milguard casement hardware. Window does not close.

I have measured the hex bolt this attaches to and it appears to be 11/32 Would I be right in that? 5/16 seems to be fractionally too small. The casement window this handle is for is about 10 years old.

The mechanism is longer opening the window. I don't know the window brand and I don't have any serial numbers. I need left and right opening mechanisms.

Hello I'm looking for parts to replace old window Hardware. It is Roto manufacture but I did not quite find match using the number on ARM. Both the top and bottom assemblies are rusted and broken. I would need to replace both. Do you have a part you could recommend for top and a part for bottom?

The dimension of the hexagon "nut" on the winder main body is 5/16ths of an inch across flats. Some have the black plastic from the photo and other only have the nut left.

It's 5 3/8" long and the small square swivel piece on the end which measure 5/8 X 5/8 has a piece cracked off of it and no longer stays in the track on the underside of the casement window.
