39-094 Andersen Straight Arm Operator, 9 3/8" Arm

I'm trying to locate the openers and covers for a couple of the windows in an older home I have purchased. They are Anderson Windows.

This is an Anderson window crank. Window opens to the left

Each one of my windows have a left and a right opening and it seems like the arms are ok but crank is bad or just the cover to crank is broke and the screw will not close the window with out pushing it from outside.

I'm looking for some replacement handles and fittings for Anderson windows. There are some that are 20X43 in size (looking for 11 of these) and 4 that are 20X55 (Looking for 4 of them). Hello. I have what I believe are Andersen windows. The Kitchen window has a broken arm mechanism that I need to replace. The living room window just needs the little knob on the end of the crank.

Right side window crank isn't working. Left side works.

We are looking to purchase a crank operator for an Andersen casement window. The crank is on the right and the window opening on the left. There is a number 39 on the arm of the bar. If you can provide the name of an installer in Chicago, we'd be grateful.
