The photo is of the window on the right -- it's the window on the left that needs help. This is a single-arm mechanism (looks like 9 3/8 inches). The little shoe on the end of the arm that runs along the track at the bottom of the window slips off. I wonder if I might be able to replace that shoe, ... (cont.)

Hi, I bought 2 pieces of 39-99. I need the right and left to install. But one seems can't be left side. Do you have this operator by other side? Also I bought 39-331, but it is too long and too big. Or do you have any similar operator? I need the left arm. Thank you

My right hand Anderson, from outside view,Has a rusted pin that the window sits on. That pin slides along the track. It is black and it's trapezoid shaped. The pin goes vertically into the window. It's rusted out. Can you buy just the octagon and pin piece or do you have to buy the whole assembly. ... (cont.)

update: my reference # is D7593, I texted a picture to Josh at tech support, I have been on tour site and think what I am searching for is 1 39-094 and 1 39-095. single arm 9 and 3/8 inch long, left and right. please contact me as I am unsure where my request is ? Thanks Tom

The operator crank mechanism for my Anderson Casement Windows (looking on right side from inside double window) cracked the crank cover while opening the window.
