39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover

We have about 7-8 windows that can't be opened and most of the windows are hard to operate. I want to replace the crank with handle and the arm that don't work. Also any other suggestion for making opening window smooth. I have posted the parts photos.

The above pictured Truth mechanism on my Marvin Bay window (left looking out from inside) casement has stopped working. I believe the Marvin serial number is 01 1G 00 OBA IGMAC, however, I'm not sure if the 00 are CC because it's really hard to see.

Casement window with K&K on the cover. Back right if the gearbox appears to be stamped with 40572 or 40672. Right side hinge, left side lock. Worm gear and engaging helical gear are skipping. I'd like to purchase a new gearbox and a new handle please.

Seeking direct (or equivalent) replacement for this window operator from 1993. (see photo)These are not broken, but the original design has always had excessive free play within the gear train, allowing the windows considerable movement. Parts described above have either been damaged, missing by abuse. I am hopeful that the above parts are the correct replacement parts.
