Hi, Attached is a photo of my broken Caradco operator. I have four that need to be replaced. The long arm measures 10 3/4" The short arm measures 3 3/4" (could be 3 13/16") The stamping on short arm is "20755" The stamping on the long arm is "Entry Guard Truth" The Base Plate is marked " ... Need help identifying & purchasing replacement part for Cardaco 20755/10577 stamped window crank operator. Only the hand crank housing is broken, see picture, the plastic on the hardware housing is cracked and stripped. Thank you for your help! -Jennifer

I have two crank covers that need to be replaced because it has cracked along the bottom part. How do I replace the covers? Do I need to remove the cranks? Or can I just pop off the covers and fit them over the existing cranks? Thank you!

Hello! Missing a crank cover and a lock cover and need to replace. Originally purchased 2003. Crank cover is 5 1/4" x 1 1/18" and the lock cover is 4 1/4" long. Need both in white, will need two of each. Please let me know if you have parts that match these! Thank you, Hannah

I need to replace the handle shown (45012) with one that folds back so a blind can clear it. It seems that the 39-205 would work but the 39-107FK would be even better if the cover would work with my mechanism. I can see the word Truth shown on the mechanism. Built the house in '89 with Caradco Casement throughout. Many (most) of the cranks have failed due to splits in the crank assembly allowing the crank and screw to pull out so looking for replacements. I think the 9.5" arm assembly you show will work, but is not completely identical to what I have ... (cont.)

The Entry gard piece indicates R for the piece need in bronze. We took the number from the left side window. Also we ordered an operator covering braze and we received bright brace instead bronze. What is the next step in returning the operator cover to get the BRONZE? Thanks Dothlyn ... (cont.)

Can't find any markings to ID the window or the operator/crank. Both left and right cranks seem to be stripped. Right crank can screw right out of the operator mech. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi - I need to do some work on my Truth cranks, but I'm not sure how to get the plastic covers (39-107) off without breaking them. They don't seem to want to come off easily. and I'm afraid I'll crack them if I'm not doing it right. Suggestions? Thanks!

Good afternoon - the crank assembly in one of my house windows has gone bad. It no longer cranks the window inward.
