Hello, I would like to replace the twist handle of the window with a crank handle. Can you identify which part I need? There are no screws or identifying numbers on the current twist handle. A "+" sign is visible. Thank you, -Jane

I'm looking for a Truth awning window mechanism that measures 24" wide when closed. It has a number 40012 on it. Please advise replacement part. See photos.

I can open the window but there's not enough tension to close the window. The house was built in 1989. I can see WRIGHT on the arm operator.

Hi, the diagram on39-114L showing an 11/32" spline appears to show the dimensions to the middle of the spline teeth. What is the dimension from tip to tip? Mine appear to be 10/32 (5/16") but that is possibly because an inappropriate handle was fitted that stripped the teeth.Thank you. ... (cont.)

The crank has a Weathershield logo on it and on the back a part number 45001. It is a push on - pull off style using a pair of flat springs with a dimple in them to hold the crank on- there is no lock screw.
