Hi I have a window in the bedroom as shows in attached picture. The operator crank failed to close. I removed the operator but as it shows in the picture the end parts broken.How should I replace a new operator if I find one? how should I remove the remaining end parts from bottom of window?Do you h ... Entry gard Truth The part I would like to replace is the bottom rusted bar that is attached to a track under the window sash. The bar is 5 inches and the track under the window sash is 7 inches. Thanks!

This product was made by truth hardware I can't seem to find it on their site there was a number on the arm of the mechanism it is R30842 and I didn't seem to have any luck with that either the window is in great shape it's just the crank out pin gets stripped or chipped and even the mechanism is ... I am renovating a house and discovered that this small window in the basement shower will not open/close because the hinge is separated from actual window. I'm looking for the replacement "clip" and "track" that hold the window corner in. In the attached images, the clip is out of the track and rotated 90 degrees so it is perpendicular to the track that I think it should be riding in. I bought these windows about 12 yrs ago. Unfortunately, I can't find the brand or the serial numbers. These are probably some generic windows from China. Is there a way to match with any of yours.
