Replacing handles and covers for white ones
Hi- It looks like you carry the white covers I need; but the handles look different on your site, dimensions and opening of crank. What would you suggest? Thanks in advance!

12 year old cranks keep having handles fall out
I am trying to find replacement cranks-12 years old. Not sure why all the handles keep falling out~ missing screw possibly? Would I just need the handle or both parts? Any help much appreciated!

Replacement Window Operator
Need help in identifying parts needed to replace my window operator. From the inside this would be the left window. Outside would be the right window. Casement Window Operator Assistance
The gear that the handle attaches to come completely out of the assembly that is mounted on the window frame. I think it is suppose to be pressed in non removable. I believe it is stripped out. Could you please help. Both sides are the same. It still rolls out but to roll it in you have to push it f ... (cont.)

Awning window bars no longer close all the way
My awning window has 2 "bars" that slide along a stable track on the window. The problem part is the right side bar where it becomes disconnected at the elbow hinge and then the window doesn't close all the way. I am guestimating each bar is approx 11 inches but it goes into the frame on the buildin ... (cont.)

left handed crank
The mechanism seems broken. When I turn it to the right the mechanism comes out. When I turn it to the left it opens the window.

Traco window operator
The top arm is 5" long. The arm from the crank housing is 4" to the pivot point. The clip in the middle slides onto the open end of the top arm. Screw holes for attaching the unit onto the window are 5" on center.

Truth Entry Guard. 30710 near pinion gear. 20544 on two piece arm. 40254 on operator base plate. Window opens on right from inside the house (pivots on left). Please suggest correct replacement.
