39-114L Crank Handle, 11/32"

I need to replace the entire cranking shaft.

The white case and handle are broken. I need to replace them And cant find parts or compatible parts

The crank just turns and will open but not close the window. Eventually the corkscrew will come dislodged. Dimensions are 13 1/2" where it attaches to the window and the dual arm at its' widest before closing the window is approx. 25".

The operator appears to be stripped , I would like to replace it.

I have a couple of casement window operators which no longer function properly. They appear to be Truth EntryGard dual arm cranks, and I found markings for 20544 and 30744 on them. We are looking for replacement parts for our crank out windows. The current parts have the name Entrygard Truth on them. One pic shows a number 31538A We would need one for left and right crank out. I have Caradco casement windows from the early 80's with crank handles. The size seems to be 11/32". Just wanted to confirm that your 39-114L handle will fit. Also are they plastic or metal. Measurements for numbered parts in photos: #1 = 7" #2 = 7.5" #3 = 3.5" X 1.5" Sill where crank mechanism is attached is 1.5". Sorry we have not removed the part, it's holding the window. Window no longer closes...purchased the little wrench but adjustments failed to remedy. Mgr. won't help us. Than ... (cont.)

I have an after marked handle that slips onto the ribbed post but as the window gets harder to close the apparatus skips. Tried putting on the companion handle which was original with screw set but it did not solve the problem. Thinking I might have to replace the whole closing hardware. Not sure ... (cont.)

The old handle is from an Eagle window made around April 2005. The old handle has a set screw to hold the handle in place. The set screw fits into a recess beyond the splines.
