I need help with what hardware I need to repair my window cranks

Need the crank out hardware that matches these photos.

The windows are about 30 yrs old . Windows are fine but won't crank out anymore. Hardware is too rusted to see any markings.

also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ... I have the same 39-014 ROW operator and I need a replacement part. Not sure what it's called. This bar extends up the side of the window case and lathes the window closed. It has has a broken plastic connector at the bottom. Where can I get on of these bars?

Don't know the part number of the operator just know that it is from the brand Truth Hardware. It has a 2 part single arm with the other part connected below the main part with an incline.
