please help me replace my operators

Left side mechanism gears stripped
The attached photos aware a combined set from both sides because the left side is stripped and easier to take photos of right side mechanism open. handle and screw pops out of my operator
I have a crank window problem. The model has this info U.S. Pat. 4.083.264 Can. Pat. 1979 45012 I can open it but when I try to close the handle and the screw comes out so three is not pull to close the window. Can you tell me what parts i need to replace? Thank you Woody

Can you please help me find the above pictured window operator/crank. As you can see (picture #3) it is mounted under a threshold in the window frame. We had casement windows installed sometime around 2001. I don't recall if they are Marvin or Anderson windows.
