The arm says...Entry Guard, then there is a picture of a house on it and then the word TRUTH is on it and is underlined. There is also a number that is 20810. The frame of the window is wood and I believe that they are original from the 1970's

I need to replace several casement window operators. They are from a house built in the last 60's. The crank handles have Malta on them. I have 30 year old casement windows and have replaced all the operators with new truth hardware from you all. Now 9 months later the cranks are slipping again and the circular screw that engages the crank is backing out of the window. Will a new crank help that?

I am needing 2 replacement cranks for my windows. They have the name Weather Shield on them and the number 45199 underneath them. They are white.

What handle fits 39-066 the description does not tell the gear size and only a few handles have a gear bore size in their descriptions.
