We need to replace (1) white cranks with 5/16 bore size, (2) case for the crank since ours is cracked (around 5.25 inches wide, 1.1 inches deep, 1.5 inches height) and (3) window opening gear assembly (see explanation below). Built the house in '89 with Caradco Casement throughout. Many (most) of the cranks have failed due to splits in the crank assembly allowing the crank and screw to pull out so looking for replacements. I think the 9.5" arm assembly you show will work, but is not completely identical to what I have ... (cont.)

my caradco casemert window requires arepacement handle. the arm on the operator has an ingraved number 30350. Does 39-114L have a screw in the handle to tighten to the spline .

The Entry gard piece indicates R for the piece need in bronze. We took the number from the left side window. Also we ordered an operator covering braze and we received bright brace instead bronze. What is the next step in returning the operator cover to get the BRONZE? Thanks Dothlyn ... (cont.)

2 casement window cranks have become stripped (or something) and are no longer functional. I need help in assessing which part(s) to buy. #'s on the inside of the present handle are 45012 / US patent #4.083.804 / Canadian Patent 1979. I purchased a house with a missing casement operator. I am looking for help in identifying a new one. I hope the attached pictures are enough to help figure this out. If unable to find the exact part I would settle for one I could make work with a cutting and caulk.

Can't find any markings to ID the window or the operator/crank. Both left and right cranks seem to be stripped. Right crank can screw right out of the operator mech. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Having difficulty finding the exact size of this product on your website. In addition to the pic these numbers are on the unit. I am not sure what brand the windows are so not sure these numbers will help. OP051506 or OP05-7533-03 and finally 08:34:40

I purchased a house from a bank that came with... well, missing some parts. I'd like to be able to open my manual skylights, but I only see splines pointing at me. As you can see, I think these can use your 11/32" universal parts, but I wanted to ask first.

They are truth window cranks, looking for 2 rights and 2 lefts. They are 13 1/2 inch ,do you have and how much.

Your web site says that you can identify a part by the picture. Do you have this crank handle?

Need two left handed full replacement units. The part numbers on the back are 0P05-7554-03 Date of 05-011-05 Another number is 65276.

The arm says...Entry Guard, then there is a picture of a house on it and then the word TRUTH is on it and is underlined. There is also a number that is 20810. The frame of the window is wood and I believe that they are original from the 1970's
