My Truth operator has both 40350 and 45057 stamped on it. What is the replacement?

I am trying to find the operator to buy that matches this but cannot seem to find it on the website. If this operator is no longer made, what operator could I buy that would fit/work exactly the same as this one? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

I am looking for 6, 2" extensions, and four 2" crank handles. With screws for mounting the two to the window crank. I gave you the measurements. Hello I have some Caradco casement window that require replacement crank handles. The window crank arm is stamped with 358-1L. What would the replacement handle be?
