I am trying to find the casement window hinge with a number of 31538A

This window in my living room will only open, but will not close in order to close it. I have to have someone outside and push it while I crank to close it. Can you please help me out?

To whom this may concern, I have a truth EntryGard casement window operator that has failed. There are some numbers on the operator but I haven't been able to find an exact match online. As seen in the pictures I am looking to replace the crank operator for both right and left window panes.

Google picture search pulled this up as on of your parts. 40085 is stamped on the underside of the handle, no other numbers on the unit.

Hello, I am looking to see if you have some replacement parts for some windows. The part numbers on the window slots are : 358-1R 358-1L

Screws on the outside part are just a hair over 3" apart. When I close it all the way, it seems like the gears are stripped. If I push open the window a bit, it engages. This part finder is a very cool feature, btw. -steve

crank arm is 8.5 inches long.crank body is 4" x 2-3/4". unit appears to be permanently sealed and cannot be disassembled any further.numbers are on the part. 03212007 08:17 and 40050

The crank doesn't close the window, i believe it is stripped and needs to be replaced. On the arm of the operator is the # 31850. On the underside of the operator the number 012108 00:49 is stamped. There is also a die-cast number between the screw holes - 45251.

I am unable to find this type of system on your site and I was wondering if you can help me? I am looking to get one for each side of the window. The only thing I found on the window for id was the brand, which I believe is truth.

Hello, I am looking to replace 2 window crank mechanisms. One that opens to the left and one that opens to the right. The long arm measures about 10.5 inches from the end to center of the crank. The short arm measures about 3.75 inches. Thanks for your help! Mark
