Hi this handle was missing when we bought the house. Most of the other windows are Pella but this one has no identifying info. Any idea what we need? Previous owners put hooks and eyes in the frame to hold it shut rather than fix it

Looking for a replacement for this window operator. I don't see any that have an 11" arm, but I think 11" or 11 3/4" will work. Also, I don't see any with a 1/2" square nylon slide that matches mine.
