Need casement whole part order casement window

I need a window operator. The connecting arm is 9" long, distance between screw seats is 5".

Crank threads are stripped, window opens but can't close by crank. Hoping to go through and replace all in house. Windows ordered by previous homeowners so don't know anything more.

We do not see any numbers, etc but we can turn the knob but nothing happens...seems everything is stripped. Would we be able to get something to fix this. Thanks.

I have a Truth window in bathroom with left and right crank arms. Image4 reflects rusted lower arm. The crank arm also not functional as it turns without the window opening or closing. Hello,I have ordered a bunch of the casement windows operators and all of them have been great! The contractor we are using on this last window, the track is missing, so he took some pictures and even measured the area we are missing. Entry Gard # 40759. Double arm. Installed unit appeared to have to have 'end caps' Missing. The part that engages the slide mechanism
