Hello! Unfortunately, I have now idea who the manufacturer is for the windows in our home. We thought they were Andersons, but a tech that came out said they are not... The home was built in 2003 so the windows are from then. Any idea and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! ... (cont.)

Old window crank parts need identification as we need to replace a few of them. The base cover part is plastic but the crank itself is metal. On the inside of the crank is just patent information for US and Canada. Appreciate the help in advance.

The aluminum guide measures 13 7/8" long and 11/16" wide at the outside edges with a slot between the roller guides that measures 7/16" wide. The 21'' matches, BUT the 7'' does not...mine is 5''. Will this work anyway? Can i have any help to replace this?

Not sure but seems a truth window operator. However, the dimension do not match. My operator is 21'' (picture 1052) and the front part where the handle goes (see picture 1051) is around 5''. The hook (see picture 1056) is a bit less than 4''. Any idea what could be the model? I also need some help ... (cont.)

I have casement windows, circa 1982-84, that have cranks that have failed. I need both left and rights. From what I have found, US patent number 4.241.541 1982 and on the short arm is etched number 31538. Long arm is approx 9 1/2" and short arm approx 3 1/2" to swivel then 4"

I have Semco windows and the crank operator appears to be the same brand. I am not sure of the gold gear mechanism.
