I am looking to replace my Casement split arm operator because mine is broken. It is a Original crank and casement?I am not sure if it is the same as the Product Code: 39-315 because mine has 5.5 inch (As the picture) and the 39-315 has 5 inch

Hi! Desperate to replace the crank on awning window(s) and prefer to not use them at all....remodeling now and contractor wants a low profile closure...will never open these windows up. Help...any ideas?

We need a crank bent arm that needs to be 3" rather than the 5" we purchased. Do you sell such an item? White or the rust/ copper color can work. Thanks for your help

Bad hardware on a vinyl casement

i have a stripped hand crank for a casement window. s swear it says "TRUTH" on the 9 inch handle. one difference i noticed is that there are no screws on the inside of the window to hold the crank in place, it is screwed in from outside toward the room. there photos look very similar but not perfe ... Hi, I have a Shucco casement window installed in 2004. The crank has come out. Any idea what I need to replace it with? The window itself is fine. I'm wondering if there are covers for these old truth hardware operators. Rather than replacing the entire operator, we're hoping to just install covers in white.

Looking for replacement folding crank handles for Peachtree casement windows that were installed in 2003. Per markings on the handle, they are Truth US patent number 361490.
