Need covers and handles, Pozzi windows

I believe its 16 1/8". The issue I am having is that the body is a rear mount. Notice in one of the pictures there are two screws that go through the window frame that hold the main body in. Unfortunately I do not know the manufacturer of the window.

Hi, i need a truth crank handle. I cant tell what size should i get. I jus found the no. 10 and under it is 45240.. if u can tel me what should i get. And or if there is a folding hndle that can be use as alternative to it.. i'll send the pic of the one i have need.

Looking for a replacement for this window operator. The branding is a little vague but as you can see in one of the pictures it does say entry gard and truth.

Our windows use this hinge. 36-004-10 - 10" Stainless Steel 2 Bar Hinge Set. we now need regulators. I have attached pictures, I need 30 plus regulators.

I cannot find a replacement for this Truth with 6" arms on Swisco site but am sure that you would carry or can order this item. Could you please help me to identify it? Thank you, George

I have a client that is looking to have the right and left operator replaced on her casement windows but I am not 100% sure of the correct pasta to order. I am going to get the arm measurement...but wanted to get some dialog started. I could not find a brand name on the windows. Regards ... (cont.)

My caradco crank window will open but will not close. The screw doesn't engage when closing and comes out completely. The arm says entrygard with the numbers 20755.

Window lock back plate is 3" , screw holes are 2 3/8 center to center . The window crank is 8 1/2 " to the long side touching the gear . It has 4 screw hole , 2 on each side of crank , screwing into small blocks located in the window frame

Need part crank is broken

Hi there, need to replace the casement operator I think. Won't open/close the window or will open it but not close. The cover says Crestline so I'm assuming that's what the windows are. The parts say Entry Gard Truth. I think I found the part on your site but just want to make sure I'm correct. ... (cont.)

Crank shaft came apart or out. Think I need to replace unit or operator. I have more pictures installed if needed. No name on window or parts. The operator is stamped USA and UK PATThe # on it is 213539. ThanksMichael
