39-114L Crank Handle, 11/32"

Single crank turns 2 arms to open Window can crank out but assembly just unscrews and falls apart when you try to crank it in. Is there a replacement assembly?

Only marking made in USA. I beleive the manumanufacturer is Truth. Screws hole are 4 3/4 and 3 7/8.

I have 2 windows that won't crank open. The window dimension is 32 x 44. One crank part has a number 30744D. One of the rails has number 40942. I've attached some pics.

I recently had some second hand Jeld Wen windows installed in a remodel. The casement window lost the handle in the transition. Attached are photos of Truth Hardware casement operators. While these are stamped with 20810, they look like the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator that I see on your website. The arms look to be the 10 3/4" and 4 7/16". Would you be able to confirm the part?

Hi, I am trying to find these for my customer she said they are Certainteed windows the bottom of the operator says PAT 1982 so im guessing there old . What other information might you need im hitting roadblocks everywhere I look Look forward to hearing from you

Caradco Window Long Arm Crank, need right & left. The ruler in the pic is 12" long.

I would like to know what the weight rating is for 39-379. What does it come with for the crank pocket I would need the part number for the first picture also. What is the warranty? Lastly are internal parts metal?
