Hello, This is a bronze colored 21 1/2' awning window operator with Truth 45002 stamped in the housing. I have your 39-083 in my cart which I believe is the correct replacement. Please confirm, thank you.

The windows are about 30 yrs old . Windows are fine but won't crank out anymore. Hardware is too rusted to see any markings.

Hi the crank assembly of this Donat flamand df1100a has cracked on me. I can't seem to identify the crank assembly I need to replace it. Can you help me?

The window will crank open but when you crank to close the handle unscrews and comes off. The handle is stamped as Craftline with a numner 45054 which may be a part number. The manufacturer no longer exists.

I've a Hurd awning window. The glass in it is 17 x 17 inches. The crank handle is stripped inside the operator. The hole the crank operator goes into is 4 3/4 inches wide and the operator itself is 5 inches wide on the outside. When the window is open full way, the crank arms are about 11 inches lon ... I have three of these crank windows with the hardware all rusted out (the home is right along the salty ocean). I believe I need the 16 inch dual arm crank to replace the hardware, but I also need to know what other parts I need to attach to the underside of the window itself. The part is so rusted ... Can I buy the crank part I can manage to crank window out but when I crank it closed the part unscrews and it falls apart!

Crank mechinism has 30895 stamped on it. Weather stripping looks like 55-106-6. Just trying to verify.

I have a Certainteed awning window (1996) that needs a new dual crank arm. The windows are 60" x 24". It looks like the 39-140 product (dual arm crank 16") should work, but I just wanted to send photos so you can confirm.

Hi - have an window with absolutely no manufacturer marking anywhere (glass, frame... nowhere). Crank will correctly open the window, but when closing it, the crank and the mechanism behind it unscrew instead of bringing the window back in, as in my second pic. I have crank handle on my windows that are not operating. If I send you pictures can you recommend replacements. What else do you need to recommend parts. It would also be helpful if you knew of local company who could do the repairs. Thanks Ed

The gears are stripped so the operator must be replaced. The legs attached to the window are about 8.5" long and the legs attached to the operator are slightly shorter. Do you have this mechanism?

I have to awning windows and one casement window with defective oparators and want to replace them. The window sticker says jel-n-201. Two pictures are related to the casment window, one is related to the the awning windows. Can you tell me which operators I need to order?
