The crank parts are missing to open and close the window. Not sure what brand as the windows are very old.

Hi I need order 2 of the operator

I am looking for a replacement crank for an Anderson window that's probably from 1990.

I have a pair of Anderson casement windows, one right opening and one left. The cranks are in the center of the windows. Looking to replace the bronze finish cranks with your folding cranks. Do they fit? Thanks!

It clicks like it is stripped when opening

Good morning, sorry for the bother. I'm looking for a casement operator cover and crank for one of my Anderson Casement windows in my kitchen. The cover has the numbers 7191-33 on the underside while the crank has the numbers 18 7191 imprinted on it. I'm guessing I need some kind of assembly piece? ... (cont.)

How do you measure the arm length specifically on the 39-094/095 and the 39-150/151 arms? is it latch point to crank arm? Also how can you tell on the website which model I need for right handed vs left handed opening direction of the sashes on the Andersen windows? Window opens from right (latch s ... (cont.)

These are Andersen operators. The core is missing from one and I wonder whether a core can be purchased or maybe a core removed from an operator that I could purchase whole, rather than remove the entire operator from the window. Hi As you can see by the pictures, the black plastic slide is broken. I have included the pictures of the operator and the arm. Can we simply replace the arm and the clip or do I need to replace The entire operator?

I recently bought one of your 39-095 Andersen operators(1518969). But the arm is too long. At 9-3/8" it's just a little too long. Do you have one that's 8-3/8"?
