Hi, I'm looking for a set of replacement hardware for an Andersen window. See attached pictures, I have many installed like the one that needs replacing. The small plastic 1 inch piece that connects the crank arm (approx 11") into the metal runner on the 22x45 window is broken. Do I replace the whole arm & crank?

This is the 2nd window. I have attached 3 images of my window crank assembly and am hoping you can assist with identifying exactly what I need and the price. We have an older window crank # 7198-17. On the end where it is attached to the window, there is plastic piece that broke. Is there a way to replace that plastic piece without getting an entire new crank? The plastic piece is the thing that slides along the window when it opens and closes. ... (cont.)

This is an early 1980's Andersen window. The crank works fine but the gripper part that slides over the window section to pull it in is broken. Can the piece only be replaced. If not, can the whole operator be replaced? Alice
