Very large aluminum AMACOR (Frost-Chek) windows in need of rebuilding. Very hard to open and close (very tight and heavy). Each side has (2) channel balances (pictures) with broken ropes, etc. The existing INTERIOR window balances have (2) balances with "4030" stamped on them and (2) with "40 ... (cont.)

The covered spiral balances have popped and looking to replace them, I'm not sure what other information to include like HxW of windows?

We have triple pane barricade windows sold to us by a company named Rolox. Attached are pictures of the parts needed. I cannot seem to find them on your website.

Can you tell me the part number of this pivot shoe? It has a protrusion which I do not see in the others. It is 1/2" w/o protrusion in most areas but 5/8" in others. please review the attached picture. What you don't see is the fact that the part where the window attaches sticks out about an half of an inch. Looks exactly like part number 15-048.

Would you help to find the small piece as in the first picture? The third picture provides the window slot that it can fit in.

Need the part in the attached pictures, apparently there is a spring I need to but unfortunately I do not have a picture of that. Hi folks at Swisco-- We have old aluminum tilt windows with no company name but "1977" stamped on the metal. We purchased a spiral balance charging tool from you, and tried to tighten up a window with it (top half slides right down). Of course, the pivot shoe broke. So, we are need of replacemen ...
