Hi, Please help ID this part.

I removed both sashes to have the glass replaced and when I tried to reinstall them the shoes are locking up and the sashes won't move up and down when placed back in. My thought is to replace the balances and the shoes (and I am not familiar with this style) but is there also something I am missing ... (cont.)

Hello, I believe this pivot bar insert is what I need, dimensions look correct, wanted to confirm as well the shoe I picked is compatible, it s 5/8 thickness. Pivot bar stamped " 7073" brand is not known Thank you

The end looks like this photo. I haven't pulled a balance out yet to be a le to photograph it.

Hi there, not sure what parts I need to get. THe diameter of the balance is 9/16", the length is 37" on the tube only. No weight indicated on window, when I measure the sash, it weights 39.5 lbs the balance and this little plastic thing is broken on both sides of this window thanks ... (cont.)

I went to home depot then I went to other places and I keep ordering parts and they don't work and I had to take balances back and order more from other places. I could not find this pivot in the catalog. All the one i saw were flat on the face.

Hi, Need two of these balances for some double hung Hurricane windows. Can you identify from this marking or do you need more info? Can I get price for two pieces and then also for say 10 pieces in case I want to replace some of the other ones. Thanks!
