Good day, I have a bay window with a casement windows on either side, the right hand windows casement crank operator is a truth 40372 and is no longer operational, would like to know what part number I need, also this same window has a 10" track on the top of the window frame that holds the casement ... THERE ARE 4EA WINDOWS, ALL OUTSWING, 2 EA LH, 2 EA RH. THEY ARE ABOUT 25 OR SO YEARS OLD,TRUST MECHANISM. OTHER THAN THE 20755 ON ONE ARM I DON'T SEE ANY OTHER MARKS. YOUR HELP IS APPRECIATED.

I purchased the Entrygard Dual arm operators 39-155 and 39-156 . On the original arm there was a stamp 20755. These work great. thank you. Now I need the top arm. ? bar hinge?? can you tell what parts I need to order? is it the 36-004-10?

Ihave multiple casement windows circa 1983 with 2x4 walls. Many of the mechanisms are loose and need replacement. The other thing I don't like are the old style crank handles that are used on these windows, they stick out quite a bit and interfere (to some extent with shades. Are there any version ... (cont.)

Our Crank on the Milgard Windows opens the windows slightly and then just spins without further opening or closing the windows. What is the part number I need to replace?
