is there a part that allows one to open or close a casement window that is overhead, with a long rod style handle?

Something we can put on the splined shaft to operate it via the hex-ended pole...

The articulated part attaches to the window crank "nub". When in place, a long aluminum pole (approx 9' long) with a hook on the end is used to connect and turn the part.
