I have two broken window cranks, of two different types. Not sure if you can tell from the first photo, but that one just broke in half at the base. On the second, the handle broke off. Do you have replacements for either of these?Thanks!John

I need a couple crank handles and arms assembly

I have left and right casement windows, they both need new hardware. The original hardware(tracks and screws) are rusted and disintegrated. I was hoping based on those serial numbers or product numbers from the pictures I can get the right parts!

I need to replace all the parts on this window. Is it available in the color shown in the picture?

This is an operator for a window that swings out. It is made by Truth Hardware. The numbers 45251 are printed on the part as part of the metal casing on the bottom. Looking for replacements for Truth 45251 window cranks. The model 39-171 is very close, but the top split arm is 5" long verses 4 3/8" on the 45251. Thanks, Phil

Your 39-171 looks almost right, except that the final straight arm is about an inch longer than mine, and it looks to have a jog that mine does not have. House was built in 1987. Seems to be original windows. The wheel with the teeth that the crank operates to open the window seem to be stripped. You have to push it out about an inch and then it catches and same thing goes for closing them. Was just going to replace the entire crank assembly if possi ... (cont.)

Need replacement for this Truth 40056 operator please. Had to tear it out to even determine brand, model etc. so no installed photos but all parts shown.

I ordered (order #1279692) two replacement operators (39-171 and 39-172) to fix my casement window. I installed them today and the window will no close all of the way. Casement window mfg is Silver Line. 17 yrs old. The hole in window (picture 4)is 3 5/8" wide. The arm when straight out is 8 1/2" from base to mounting hole. The long arm is 5" from joint to hole.
