My daughter just bot a home with operators like this. six in total I would like to replace. It is stamped truth 30796 on the arm. I think 3 are left and 3 are right. Does any other hardware need replacing as well? Thank you Rick

Good afternoon. Please help. This casement window operator broken from the base. Please see attached photo for size. it looks like your 39-171 or 39-172.

Looking to replace both crank window hardware. The gears are worn down, so you are not able to shut the window. The brand is Truth. They are seventeen year old. The window is one large pane with two separate windows that open from the sides.

Assumed these were Pella windows but was just told by a Pella rep they are not. Need to order a couple.

I have two broken window cranks, of two different types. Not sure if you can tell from the first photo, but that one just broke in half at the base. On the second, the handle broke off. Do you have replacements for either of these?Thanks!John

I have left and right casement windows, they both need new hardware. The original hardware(tracks and screws) are rusted and disintegrated. I was hoping based on those serial numbers or product numbers from the pictures I can get the right parts!
