one side of the arm says Truth 40352 the other says 20810 I can't seem to find the right match fyi the handle is on the right side not in the middle

I have a window with hardware that is stamped 30905 and 31712. The only actual part that is broken is that tiny black plastic part in the channel at the edge but on my opposite (right hand) window. Do I have to get all new hardware or can I just get that piece and replace it? I couldn't even find ... (cont.)

Hi Kevin. The operator you show removed from the window looks like our 39-171 and 39-172. But the operator you show still installed has a different body, and I'm not certain it's the same one. If not, can you remove it from the window and show it to us with a similar view? If you need a new handle, ... (cont.)

Attached is the operator with the window open. It is a Truth with the number 31272. Is there a replacement arm that is 4 inches? Thanks for checking.

The name Truth is stamped on the arms. Numbers 30905 and 40351. Operating piece also stamped Truth. Number 45035. The house was built in 1991.

Looking for a replacement for this : Name brand is Truth and part number 45251

Did not find any numbers on the arm. The arm is 4". The window ID # is 1GCC-CBA !GMAC - C16 made in 02

Have two different issues, one casement window won't close enough for the window to lock, and a different window won't make a tight seal on the opposite side of the locks, curious if a new casement hinge would fix each problem (red in attached pic), or if I will need a new arm operator (blue in atta ... It looks like you could either have our 39-317 or our 39-171 operators.Take a look at these two items and compare their dimensions to those of your current operator.Our parts experts are fairly confident that one of these operators should serve as a viable replacement option.
