pella window crank operator
would a the length of the arm effect the window operation, like properly closing etc. We have the the crank operator with the long arm #39-175 , would the operator#39-097 work just as well, its less money.

Replacing sash crank
How do I get the sash crank out of an installed window? I have a crank assembly that is broken and it is not obvious how to get it out without taking the entire window assembly out. Please tell me that is not necessary! Mark

Pella window crank
What is the difference between 39-096-7 and 39-175-6? Dimensions are the same. We need the crank on the left window in kitchen. The right was replaced by window repairman two years ago. The windows (which open outward) are more than ten years old. Sal

Different bracket from 39-097?
My crank mechanism seems very similar to part 39-097 except the bracket that attaches to the window itself does not match dimensions in photo on your website. The base with gear mechanism and the arms all seem to be same dimensions as listed in on line photo.

identify correct Pella crank to purchase
Lots of terminology floating around on the posts, so I want to ensure that I order the correct part. The interlock mechanism that attaches the crank arm to the gear broke, so I think that I only need a crank and not the crank plus the arm. Which part number is this? Can I buy just the correct crank? ... (cont.)

39-097 and 39-175 difference
What's the difference between product code 39-097 and 39-175 that warrants doubling the price? Unfortunately I think I require product 39-175, but the only difference I see is the dimension of the piece that screws to the window. Am I missing something?
