39-175 Sash Crank Operator, Pella

I have a casement window with a failed mechanism- the piece that's supposed to glide along the bottom of the window frame has detached from the window. I can't seem even to close it by hand (without the crank)- it might be frozen. I thought it was a Pella window (because other windows in the ho ... (cont.)

I believe that our windows are Pella casements from the 1970's, and we need a new crank for one of them. The part that attaches to the sill appears to be identical in size and appearance to the 39-097, but the rest of it is different. I have attached an image that clearly shows the part that is di ... I have a customer with Pella casement windows and several of the cranks only spin when turned (the handles themselves are not stripped). They are the long handle type, not the T handle, if that makes a difference. I'm assuming the entire operating box needs replacement (vs. just a gear or cartridg ... (cont.)

What do you call and do you have the mechanism that attaches to the underside of Pella casement window (sash?) that has on one end the piece that fits into the slider channel in the sill, the piece that screws into the underside of the window and a finally a metal bar that attaches to the sill with ... (cont.)

the unit is mounted in the center of sill, and the window is hinged on the left from inside. The arm has a key that fit into the flat gear.

Need to replace crank very similar to what your site shows but the arm length on the sash is 6 1/4" long. Do you have that? Ss

could you please try to identify this part so I can order some. thanks I can find any identifying parts. Windows are probaby 20 years old. Thanks
