39-188 Sash Dyad Crank, 5"

Would you please help me with this window opener device; I need a few. Thank you.

I believe this is a Truth 23 series dyad operator. I am looking for a replacement as it no longer opens and closes. Thank you.

Need the slider pieces - the rail and the black plastic piece that slides in the rail and supports the corner of the window. The slider is 9.5in long.

I can open my window but it will not close. Gears seem stripped, Feels like it "slips". Since I can use the crank to open window I do not want to remove. I take screen off and pull window to close.

I have four of these Cranks that are worn down and don't work that I need to replace. I just need to know which replacement part I need to buy. The windows do not have any brand markings that I can find, nor do the existing cranks Thanks for any help

Gear will not work. Need replacement mechanism for OPPOSITE window to one pictured.

See there attached photos. The unit has a number stamped on it, The inner arm cranks out from the left side of the gear. I've purchased both the 39-187 & 39-089. Can't find any numbers or brand name. Window will crank open but not when closing.

I'd like to replace our old Truth cranks with these folding handled cranks. In this image, it looks "left" oriented, can it be installed facing "right" as well, or is there another part that faces right?

There is a number "30353" stamped on the arm as in the photo. The window is hinged on the right side, when viewed from the interior of the house.

The window hardware is marked as: TRUTH 30818. I need brackets and screws for 2 windows. There is a left and a right side that both open up.
