Hi, I am pretty sure that the attached part is your part #39-031 and 032, but please confirm. On the back of the 10-3/4" arm has markings of "LH 30470" and on the 4-7/16" section, it's marked "20810" Thank you in advance for your assistance. Gary

I am a Handyman, trying to fix this window for my customer. There are no markings on the window and, it is not frozen or painted shut. It looks to be a standard window with standard parts.
