Hello, thanks in advance. Our window crank does not open the window anymore. There is a small gear that has come out of the unit and the gear teeth seem worn out. I assume the window handle needs to be replaced.

Hi, I believe I need 39–348 based on the attached photos and the width of 24 inches. Two of the screws lineup roughly 2 inches apart, but I can't see the other two screws because they may be hidden by the arms. Can you confirm that they are about 4 1/4 inches apart? The hardware has the brand 'truth' on it. This is a Pozzi wood window installed in the 1990s. Windows are good, but operatorco we has cracked.
