I bought a 3/8" crank handle for this operator from a big box store. It won't go onto this stem. It's too small. do you have something that will fit? We're selling the house in a couple days.

This is a follow up to 9/6 post, in which Bob responded on 9/11. Spline opening on Klein handle is 7/16, the suggested one is 3/8. As you can see in the pictures, the gear mechanism for the swingarm on these discontinued certainteed windows has broken inside of the window, I was hoping I could get help identifying the part numbers and get a price quote so I can replace the mechanism.

All 3 handles for the 3 cranks for our living room window do not work. They were installed by Window Wizards who are now out of business. Do you have a replacement part for this crank.
