I've been struggling for 5 years to find operators like this all my hardware stores say they don't exist. It looks like they maybe called Roto or Rolo on the brass track arm. I need 2 for my bay window. A right and left pop out windows and the center picture is solid. Can you help me find replacemen ... (cont.)

I have one right handed casement window and one left handed. The crank on the left works but the operator keeps getting stuck at the hinge and stud bracket on the left. The one on the right the crank only opens the window, when I try and close it the gears won't catch. The window are over 25 years ... (cont.)

went to crank it open this morning and the handle fell off. Not sure what I need. Spoke to Sierra Pacific and they suggested we contact you. Todd

Hi!I have a bay window with two panes that open with a crank.The handle of one of them broke. It seems that the "screw" part that the handle is rotating doesn't want to hold onto a the "gear" part that opens or closes the window.Is there a part that I could replace to fix that?I attach some pictures ... I have Milgard Vinyl casement windows with the removable hand crank. I would like to replace with a more compact / fordable assembly. I see Milgard now has it on the newer windows. Can i upgrade to the newer style crank system or at least convert to a fordable assembly? The currant crank dose not wo ... (cont.)
