I have the large Anderson Window rollout windows in my living room. House was built in 2005. I need to replace a rollout handle, arm, gears, etc. This is the first 2 pictures attached. I need what I believe is an andersen 400 series casement window crank handle. Do you have a matching part or an alternate that would work?

Looking for crank out mechanisms for a double Anderson casement window

I am guessing year 2001. Arm moves. I think the part shown is faulty. When you crank the window open the the dial shown in photo doesn't move. Perhaps it is stripped? Please help. Thanks. PS Homeowner and handyman. Selling house ASAP. Thanks again.
