Looking for crank out mechanisms for a double Anderson casement window

I am guessing year 2001. Arm moves. I think the part shown is faulty. When you crank the window open the the dial shown in photo doesn't move. Perhaps it is stripped? Please help. Thanks. PS Homeowner and handyman. Selling house ASAP. Thanks again.

I have Andersen casement windows that were installed in my home in 1939-1940. We are missing the crank handles, it appears a prior owner removed the handles when some interior window shutters were installed that interfered with rotation of the cranks, and then the windows were painted shut. I'm looking to replace missing cranks handles for Anderson 7095 window mechanisms. The spline is 3/8". These windows were installed in the early 1970's. Do you have a crank that will work?

Part number on crank is C9400-1. The suggested replacement in reading through the forums here doesn't have the same measurements for the arm length. Please help in figuring out the correct part. Thanks - Bob

Looking for new handles to replace ones which were somehow lost by installing contractor or one of his subs. We also see that several of the locking levers are missing. They are a simple plastic lever extender.
