Casement window, handle wont turn

The cover to the assembly says "Andersen" Some more relevant info in the pics as well I need to replace the whole assembly. It seems as if something is stripped. When attempting to open the window it will grind and take several cranks to get the window to move at all. Tried switching handles alrea ... (cont.)

Crank handles are missing and internals are stripped out. Window serial 83013001 Stamp on bottom of crank is F-9400-8A

Hello, I have a large number of andersen windows with a standard operator crank handle. Thw numbers listed inside the handle are 1361356 WH & 1361358. I am wanting to replace that handle with a foldable handle since the standard one is catching my drapes and shades and breaking the strings etc. D ... (cont.)

If you are looking at my anderson casement window from the inside and the right side of the window is the part that needs to be replaced would this be considered a right or left side crank assembly by anderson..is it 39-146 or 39-147?
