39-267 Andersen Classic Handle

Hello, I have a large number of andersen windows with a standard operator crank handle. Thw numbers listed inside the handle are 1361356 WH & 1361358. I am wanting to replace that handle with a foldable handle since the standard one is catching my drapes and shades and breaking the strings etc. D ... (cont.)

If you are looking at my anderson casement window from the inside and the right side of the window is the part that needs to be replaced would this be considered a right or left side crank assembly by anderson..is it 39-146 or 39-147? I dont see a part number on my window but they were installed in ... (cont.)

The crank mechanism is broken on my Andersen window. I am sending you a photo. It looks like the dimension looks correct, but the crank is on the left.

Works out except just before closing. Numbers visable in photo. Removal looks hard, no need as in movie, but wood on top looks glued along length.

It sits on the top but does not engage. Please let me know your return merchandise procedure. I have included photos to show approximately what the gearing looks like. We have a bay window with a casement window that does not work very well. I'd like to replace it. I do not know the maker of the hardware though or that of the bay window.
