The crank mechanism is broken on my Andersen window. I am sending you a photo. It looks like the dimension looks correct, but the crank is on the left.

Works out except just before closing. Numbers visable in photo. Removal looks hard, no need as in movie, but wood on top looks glued along length.

It sits on the top but does not engage. Please let me know your return merchandise procedure. I have included photos to show approximately what the gearing looks like. We have a bay window with a casement window that does not work very well. I'd like to replace it. I do not know the maker of the hardware though or that of the bay window. the opener is from an Anderson Window. From the rivot on the end of the arm to the center of where the arm meets the mounting bracket is 14". The base is 5 3/8" wide. I have 3 wood windows, all on right side with lock to left of the handle?when you open, they don't catch as you turn crank so it takes awhile to fully open. i believe these are the original windows and the house was built in the early 80s near sacramento california. the interiors are wood and the exterior seems to be clad with vinyl. i will be so appreciative if you can help me find the handle and other parts! thanks.

Pics of the faulty part in question. On the top, there is a Part Number of F-9400-A by the center circle. On the bottom, there is a marking of 1361484 and 052402 on the second swing arm. I presume the 052402 is the manufacturer or inspection date since we purchased the Anderson encasement windows in ... (cont.)
