The casement window pictured here and used in this house was built in 1957. I am pretty sure that the windows are Biltwell from Dubuque, Iowa. At least the hardware has that as a stamp identifying the hardware as such. The arm is over 14" in length.

I do not see any identifying names on this mechanism. I am on the ocean and keep windows open all the time, so salt air and exposure make for rusted mechanisms. I just bought the 39-032 operator to fix my window. When installing it I found out that the wheel on the arm is about twice as thick as the original operator and doesn't fit in the existing track.
