39-505 11-3/8" EntryGard Track, 4 Hole

The casement window pictured here and used in this house was built in 1957. I am pretty sure that the windows are Biltwell from Dubuque, Iowa. At least the hardware has that as a stamp identifying the hardware as such. The arm is over 14" in length.

I do not see any identifying names on this mechanism. I am on the ocean and keep windows open all the time, so salt air and exposure make for rusted mechanisms. I just bought the 39-032 operator to fix my window. When installing it I found out that the wheel on the arm is about twice as thick as the original operator and doesn't fit in the existing track. The piece the handle sticks out of is 4in. The piece attached to the window is 12in and the diagonal is 8in.

I am looking for a replacement crank for a casement window, The house was built in 1962. The length is 12 in and the height of the assembly is 5/8 of an inch. Internal gear is stripped. Regards

Window part ID Needed

The other casement anderson windows in the house are from 95-98. This particular part has no numbers at all. There is a round hole at the bottom of the crank that the arm went into and the round piece of steel is now sheared off. the arm can no longer be attached to the crank.

my number on the crank looks like 234 31 the best I can tell or it could be this number in reverse if you have one that would work please advise

As you can see from one of the photos threaded crank shaft where the window crank handle is supposed to fit onto it, is completely missing.
